Meditation & Enlightenment Intensive Workshops

From False To Truth - IA (Asato Ma Sad Gamaya): This is part 'A' of the first program, conducted over a period of three days. As the name suggests this workshop imparts the essence of meditation to the participants; enabling them to understand the science behind various techniques/paths of meditation and how to implement the same in daily life.

The participants also learn to purify and prepare the body, mind and heart along with the understanding of freeing oneself of all the self-limiting unconscious patterns of the mind.

"In fact there are one hundred and twelve methods of meditation; I have gone through all those methods - and not intellectually. It took me years to go through each method and to find out its very essence, and after going through one hundred and twelve methods I was amazed that the essence is witnessing. The methods' non-essentials are different, but the center of each method is witnessing. Hence I can say to you, there is only one meditation in the whole world and that is the art of witnessing. It will do everything - the whole transformation of your being. It will open the doors of satyam, shivam, sundram: the truth, the godliness and the beauty of it all." - Osho

From False To Truth - IB (Asato Ma Sad Gamaya): This is part 'B' of the first program, conducted over a period of four days. The participants move into a deep inquiry of finding the true-self and understanding the nature of the ultimate-self also called the Divine/God.

The participants are given 'Naada Brahma Deeksha', revealing the hidden mysteries of 'Aum' - the Divine/Soundless Sound/The Sound of One Hand Clapping. Also taught is the art of letting-go into deep meditation preparing a ground for Samadhi to descend and a merger into the Divine Sound.

• Eligibility: Immediately or Maximum of Six Months After IA.

The whole existence vibrates, and through different vibrations of the same sound there are different things, but they are simply different vibrations. A certain vibration creates a tree, another vibration creates a bird, another vibration creates a man, but the whole existence, according to the mystics, is made of sound. Once you have heard it, even from far away... just a glimpse and you will never be the same person again." - Osho

From Darkness To Light - II (Tamaso Ma Jyotir Gamaya): Mystics down the ages, from around the world have experienced and talked about the Inner-Light. The lighting of the lamps or candles in the temples, churches and other places of worship symbolize the same Divine Light that seekers experience in this program.

The rituals such as distributing ‘Prasad’ and burning incense sticks etc. symbolize the inner experiences of the senses like tongue and nose. Through the process of turning the four senses (eyes, ears, nose, tongue) towards the inner space and letting-go into deep meditation a space is created for the Samadhi to descend and a merger into the Divine Sound, Divine Light, Divine Fragrance and Divine Taste.

"God is not a question of belief, it is an experience of inner light. Then you can give it any name. You can call it God, you can call it truth, you can call it love, you can call it peace. You can call it life -- it does not matter what word is used, but it should be based on experience. Once you have experienced your light, you know there is no need of any other God. "God cannot be known, God cannot be seen, but God can be experienced. God can only be experienced. It is like music heard, fragrance smelled, food tasted -- it is an experience! Of course, when you experience music you experience only through one of your senses. And when you taste food you experience it only through one sense. God is the experience of your total sensitivity. It is music heard, fragrance smelled, beauty seen, taste tasted -- all together; hence is is inexpressible. If it was of only one sense we could have expressed it. It is multi-sensual, it is multi-dimensional." - Osho

From Death To Deathlessness - III (Mrityor Ma Amritam Gamaya): This program is meant to take the participants into a state of realization of our Undying True-Self to which mystics have referred to as ‘Atma’. The Rishis of the Upanishads have called us ‘Amritasya Putra’. It is a reference to the same Divine Consciousness that resides within all of us and in a more condensed form, also experienced by the seekers as Divine Energy and Divine Nectar. The participants also learn different methods of Divine Healing, including the ways to create a protected and clean environment for the self and others.

• Eligibility: Minimum Three Months or Maximum One Year After II.

"Death is false, as false as birth. You are beyond birth and beyond death. You come into birth, you take the form of the birth, and then you move beyond that form in death - but you are formless. But nothing can be said about it. It has to be experienced." - Osho

Those inclined towards the esoteric work are also given 'Mantra Deeksha' at the end of the course. Henceforth they will receive advanced initiations from time to time depending on their 'Sadhana'. Those initiated will also become the Basic Members of the 'OSHO NOW MYSTERY SCHOOL' (ONMS), that will be actively involved in the well-being of our beautiful planet - mother earth and in communion with the whole universe.

"I have been in contact with many esoteric groups. I have known many persons who are still alive who belong to some group. I have known many keys which were delivered by authentic teachers. But no key of the old tradition is enough, so I am devising new keys. Because I am devising new keys, I am not directly concerned with any esoteric group, as each esoteric group is interested in and is entrusted with a particular key to preserve. I am not interested in a particular key. I am interested in devising new methods, new techniques, new keys, because all the old keys have become in many ways irrelevant.

Ecstasy: The Forgotten Language - IV (Utsav Amaar Jati, Anand Amaar Gotra): This program is meant to take seekers into the experience of the Divine Bliss to which our Upanishads have referred as ‘Param Anand’ – the eternal bliss. The program offers an opportunity for a merger into ‘Sat Chit Anand’ transforming life into a blessing without the dependence on ‘the other’ for our happiness.

The program also takes the seekers into the experiences of the Divine Touch, and Divine Intoxication. The mysteris of 'Ram Naam Ki Chadariya' are revealed. The miracle of turning water into wine or the sayings like ‘Peevat Ram Ras Lagi Khumari’ are references to the Divine Intoxication. In the past 'Shamans' from different cultures and tribes were well known to go into the 'Altered State of Consciousness' with the help of certains herbs and drugs, in this program the altered state of consciousness is achieved without the help of any drugs, a state that one can move into freely without any external stimuli.

The Heart Sutra - V (Dhai Aakhar Prem Ka): The participants of this program go through a deep cleansing process of the heart. The space is created for the past wounds of relationships and love affairs to heal and transform ordinary love into devotion towards the divine.

The program helps seekers experience, melt and merge into the constant shower of the Divine Love. The statements such as ‘God is Love’ reveal their hidden meanings. Love towards the whole existence, trust and devotion becomes a way of life. The participants also receive ‘Brahma Deeksha’, preparing them for the final merger into the Divine.

• Eligibility: Minimum Three Months or Maximum One Year After IV.

"Only in love is union felt. The more you love yourself~ the more you merge and melt into your own being, the more you become orgasmic in your inner world, the more you see that all definitions are false, all demarcations are arbitrary, that you are not separate, that the universe is one.

That's why we call it 'universe' -- 'uni' means one. We don't call it 'multiverse'. It is one, it is one whole. We are part of each other -- no man is an island. We belong to an invisible but infinite continent. Boundless is our existence." - Osho

And The Flowers Showered - VI (Boond Samaani Samund Mein): This program is beyond all experiences, beyond all duality and about the total merger into the Divine. The participants will also become the Advance Members of the 'OSHO NOW MYSTERY SCHOOL' (ONMS), with special privileges and a title of 'Divya Shree' is conferred upon the ones who attain the total merger.

• Eligibility: Immediately After V.

"Our every experience is divided into three: the observer, the observed and the process of observation. You can take it to different dimensions - the knower, the knowledge, and the process of knowing. Unless these three mysteries become one, when the observer is the observed also... When you are a god, then all the mysteries disappear, then the whole existence is clearly available to you. All the doors are open, nothing is hidden. The whole splendor of existence is available, but it is available to a consciousness which has come to a peak where there is no subject and no object and nothing relating them, where the three have become one.

Walking In Zen, Sitting In Zen - VII (Samund Samaana Boond Mein): This program is the peak. The participants learn to live a life full of subjective divinity after the merger into the Divine - just Being! The title of 'Brahma Shree' is conferred upon the ones who attain the subjective divinity.

Certified Meditation Teacher Training - I (Maitreya - I): This program (entry granted after an interview) imparts the training to those who have attended the 'From Death To Deathlessness - III' (Mrityor Ma Amritam Gamaya) and enables them to conduct various Meditations and programs like 'Power Meditation', 'Dhyana Mahotsava', 'Inner Joy' and 'Asato Ma Sad Gamaya - IA'.

Certified Meditation Teacher Training - II (Maitreya - II):This program (by invitation only and after an interview) imparts the training to those who have attended the 'And The Flowers Showered - VI' (Boond Samaani Samund Mein), and 'Certified Meditation Teacher Training - I' (Maitreya - I). This training enables the graduates to conduct 'Inner Harmony' and 'Asato Ma Sad Gamaya - IB' besides the programs mentioned in 'Maitreya I'.

Certified Meditation Teacher Training - III (Maitreya - III):This program (by invitation only and after an interview) imparts the training to those who have attended 'Walking In Zen, Sitting In Zen - VII' (Samund Samaana Boond Mein) to conduct Meditation & Enlightenment Workshops I - V, apart from the programs mentioned in 'Maitreya - I' and 'Maitreya - II' offered by OSHO NOW and is followed by many refresher sessions from time to time.

"The master is alive - but the disciple can take him for granted. You can take me for granted. Then those words are already dead, because your aliveness is not available. If you are capable of being alert, alive, responsive, it makes no difference: the master may be dead, but his words will go on resounding in you. Even the written words, which are dead, can become alive in you; you just have to open your heart. The question is not of the master's life and death, the question basically is of your response.

Power Meditation (Talks, Meditation, Q & A): This program consists of various guided meditation techniques and has an open Q & A session in the end wherein the seekers, beginners and advanced, have their queries related to the subject and their inner journey dealt in a systematic manner. This program is meant to give a taste of meditation and a glimpse of the divine to all those who feel that life may have more to offer than just the so called achievements and momentary happiness. The program is conducted over a period of 3-hours or 1-day or 2-days (as announced), considering the convenience of different participants.

"In the East we call it satsang. It means to be in the presence of a master, to be in the harmony of the master, to fall in line with the master. The master is there - you simply sit around him, not doing anything. But by and by you imbibe the climate, the milieu. By and by the energy of the master goes on overflowing, and you become open to it. By and by you relax, and you don't resist, and you don't fight, and you start tasting, and you start smelling something of the unknown - the flavor, the fragrance. The more you have the taste of it, the more trust arises.

Dhyana Mahotsava (Meditation & Celebration): This (one/two/three day) program is an opportunity to meditate and celebrate together, to dive into the depths of silence and enjoy the peaks of celebration; to take a flight on the wings of love and meditation. It is a coming together of the seekers and is open to all. The three day camp imparts ten different meditation techniques to the seekers, whcih they can practice at home after the course is over along with the understating of the Path of Meditation (Dhyana) & Devotion (Bhakti). Those who are willing to prepare themselves for the deeper realms are also imparted ‘Atma Deeksha’, that opens the secret doors to our true-self.

Inner Joy (Living a Stress Free & Joyous Life): This is a two-day stress management workshop. The participants learn the steps leading to inner joy. The first step is understanding stress, finding its roots and then finding the tools to eliminate the negative stress from our life. The second step is to find and deal with our patterns hindering a relaxed and peaceful state of being with the help of meditation in a playful way. The third and final step is finding the source of joy within and allowing it to overflow in ripples and sharing with others out of abundance by opening and listening to our heart, much ignored and under-nourished otherwise.

It is a synthesis of modern approach to Management Skills, Meditation and 'Karma Yoga'. The program gives a completely new perception towards work culture and enhances harmony at work and home. This program may be conducted as part time over a period of one week (including Sunday).

Inner Harmony (Bringing Harmony In All Relationships): We all wish that each of our relationship is a joy, a time to celebrate and share, yet the french philosopher Jean Paul Sartre's statement 'The other is hell...' is what comes to mind when we think of most of our relationships and would like to avoid or wish them away. This workshop helps one find his/her roots in the aloneness and share the flowers of love in the relationships with people, immediate environment and eventually the whole existence.

Inner Alchemy (Divine Healing): This workshop is about finding The Alchemist Within. One learns different methods to use the sounds, colors, gems, stones and crystals for healing. Also taught are the advanced modules of Reiki, Prana and other Divine Healing methods including how to create a protected and clean environment for the self and others.Participants learn - to become mediums for the healing energies, find their guardian animal, the functioning of commonly available tools like Tarot Cards, Pendulums etc. and to relate with their inner guide/voice and techniques to develop intuition & creativity, how to teach and initiate others into different healing methods.
